To the casual observer, we were underdogs. To take on an event the size of our first ever Estate Sale, when the odds against us included the worst economy in decades, seemed next to impossible. Analysts would have put us as a ten seed, maybe even a fifteen.
While college basketball follows its bracket predictions, we have our own Cinderella story to tell. You came out to support our first Estate Sale efforts, and you told us you liked what you saw — beautiful antique reproductions and high style upholstery at clock-stopping prices (no foul — they really were at or below wholesale).
Thanks to all the Toms-Price fans out there who made our Estate Sale such a success! Seeing our customers excited and happy about their purchases is what the game is all about for us. To use a sports analogy, that’s the passion we play for.
